Who we are

The controller of your data is the EstheTeeth dental laboratory (Dental Technical Solutions), Agiou Dimitriou 28, Efkarpia 564 29, Thessaloniki, Greece.

What we collect

Only what you give us through the contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional), the topic of your enquiry and your message.

The form is meant for dentists and practices. Please do not send health data or any other patient details through it.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if we start working together, to look after that work.

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and the steps needed before entering into a working relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who can see it

Only the lab team. Form messages are delivered by the Web3Forms service to our email inbox, which is hosted on Google’s Gmail. These providers may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards the GDPR requires.

We do not sell your details or share them with anyone for advertising.

How long we keep it

For as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and for as long as the law requires us to (for example, for tax purposes).

Cookies and third-party services

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the map from Google Maps. When they load, Google receives your IP address, and the map may set its own cookies. See Google’s privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Just email us at EstheTeeth.lab@gmail.com.

If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

If the way we handle your data changes, we will update this page. The date at the top shows the latest change.
